The aim of our pricing policy is to be as fair as possible to everyone on our list awaiting their precious new puppy. Backed by the latest science and decades of experience, we do all we can to ensure your puppy will be healthy and enjoyable canine companion. We labor for hours preparing our parent(s) in their work, ensuring their health. We then spend most every waking hour with the puppies once they are on the ground, tending to their needs, beginning potty training, doing puppy culture to give them the best start, doing beginning training activities with them, preparing them for crate training to make the best possible confident puppies, which will make your life easier when they come home. We also offer you our online curriculum because we want to ensure you have access to raising the best possible puppy. Because of this, our puppies are simply given the best possible upbringing and our puppies are still priced at the mid-range of the market. There are many kennel raised puppies charging far more, but we want to continue to make the trusted family companion as accessible as possible.

From time to time we increase the price of our puppies, and trained dogs in accord with prevailing market conditions. Our current. price range is $1800-$2500 for a puppy, depending on the number of puppies in the litter. (Keep in mind our online obedience program that comes with every puppy is $750 by itself!) Older puppies/dog pricing varies based on amount of training.

Our policy on pricing is as follows:

1. If you decide you would like to be on our puppy list, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. If we do not produce a puppy that is suitable for you within 12 months, you may elect to either stay on the list until a puppy is available OR you may elect to request a refund. That is the only circumstance under which refund will be given as it would not be fair to not refund if we did not produce a puppy for you.
2. When pregnancy is confirmed (typically via ultrasound at 4-5 weeks), everyone on the list will be notified.
3. The specific price of the puppy will be determined when the puppies are 5 days old and will be within the quoted range on the website when you put in your application. An invoice will be sent for the remainder of the non-refundable deposit ($300 towards the purchase price) will be sent and will be due within 7 days.
4. Final determinations will begin being made for placements between 6 and 8 weeks. There may be some puppies where we are very clear by 6 weeks and other puppies. Once a puppy has been determined to be right for your home, the balance will be due prior to picking up the puppy or at their eight week date. If payment is not received by eight weeks, the puppy will go to the next person on the list.
5. You accept the puppy you are offered that conforms to the preferences you stated on joining the list. If you postpone to a later litter for any reason the price you pay will be in accord with the prices current at the time you postpone.
6. We are under no obligation to notify you of changes to our prices. However, we are happy to answer your inquires at any time. We always keep our prices posted.

Deposit Policy:

1. Your position on the list is strictly determined by the date the waiting list deposit is received.
2. If we are unable to provide a puppy for you within 12 months, and you wish to leave the list, you are entitled to a fast and complete refund.
3. If you cancel your placement on the list after being allocated and accepting a puppy, payment(s) to date is/are non refundable but will be held for you as a credit on your next puppy but it will be priced at the then current pricing.

Puppies boarding short term prior to go home:

Final payment needs to be complete by the time your puppy is ready to go home (the usual pick up date is at eight weeks). While every care is taken, any puppy kept with us past that date (we will be flex for a day or two for convenience of all) will pay boarding fees of $50 per day (while puppy continues all the puppy culture stuff) the first week and $70 per day thereafter. It is important to us to get the puppies socialized well during that time, and puppies that are doing “puppy boarding” with us are getting training in potty training, crate training and after nine weeks doing socialization outings.

Puppies remaining in Training Programs:

If you have having us do a raise and train for your puppy, you have your puppy price paid at eight weeks and thereafter pay at the weekly/monthly for your training at the beginning of each week/month until your puppy goes home or other agreed upon payment schedule depending on the time and amount of training desired.
